The magnetite iron ore of origin India is of Fe(T) ranging from 45% to 65%. The FeO content is available for 8% to 16% along with the specific gravity of 3.8 to 4.6%

The Magnetite iron ore is available in small quantity from India. The exports are done in containerized shipments of monthly 5000MT.
